Globaloria Summer Academy

I am really excited about the upcoming summer academy.  I really needed the three days that we were suppose to have to learn more about Flash.  I did not have a class last spring so I feel a little rusty.  I wanted to work through the wiki as a student to stay refreshed, but Globaloria said you had to have an active class, so it has been since January since I have done anything.  I hope things will come back to me easily, but sometimes it is hard to “teach an old dog new tricks!”  I have a new job and the county did not want me to teach any courses because of the job change and my one request was to let me continue Globaloria because I see the benefits for the students and it gives them skills that my help them get a job.  We have so many students now that are interested in the gaming career and sometimes it is those students who might not stay in school if we don’t have something they can relate to.  I feel that this is the perfect opportunity for them.   Well, until Friday my friends, everyone safe travels.
